Jennifer has 16 years of experience as a hair stylist. She is married and has been blessed with three beautiful children. Her career is about so much more than a paycheck and it shows. Jennifer has a passion for hair design—especially color! She specializes in color services along with cuts for the entire family, styles/updos, smoothing treatments, and facial waxing. Jennifer wants to help each of her clients achieve their best look, while maintaining focus on the health and vitality of the hair.

Allison and most of her family are native to Crossville. She has one son who is her entire world. With over 27 years experience in cosmetology,
Allison has had the privilege of meeting many new people. Lots of those have became friends and some even like family. She specializes in cuts, color, perms, facial waxing, and Keratin treatments. Allison is one of the friendly, smiling faces who'll greet you at Beyond The Mirror.

Marlena has 15 years experience as a stylist. She specializes in cuts, foil highlights, color, and facial waxing. At a young age, her career path started becoming evident. She would sneak and cut her cousin's hair and sometimes her own! Marlena enjoys her occupation and takes pride in making her clients feel gorgeous and confident.

I recently graduated from Tennessee College of Applied Technology in Cosmetology. This has always been my dream, and I look forward to helping people look their best! I am 24 years old, and am married to my best friend, and have been for almost 2 years now. No children yet, but have three sweet dogs. I look forward to building my career, and meeting new people, and building friendships with my clients.
